Nose : intense, with spicy notes of roasted coffee and notes of ripe fruit in the background.

Palate : round and agile, an explosion of fruit and licorice. A long and tannic finish.

Consumption : 16-18°C

Pairing : Perfect with roast beef with onions or grilled pork with yeast and honey.
