At Les Délices de Flo, they develop old-fashioned jams in copper pots. No manufacturing secrets... but beautiful combinations of original flavours. In the workshop, they apply the experience and know-how of their grandmothers.

They maintain the authenticity of the fruit by choosing it carefully and favouring local productions.

All jams are made with 60% fruit, sugar, lemon juice and apple pectin if necessary.
