Shipping terms and costs
Shipping Policy:
At Maison Puyvalin, we know that shipping delicate, high-quality products requires special attention. That's why we cover 50% of shipping costs starting with the first kilo to minimize the impact on our customers. We also don't charge for reinforced packaging, order preparation, or additional shipping costs for heavy items like crates of bottles.

THE COMPANY does not ship orders outside of SPAIN, FRANCE, PORTUGAL, ITALY, BELGIUM, THE NETHERLANDS, or GERMANY, nor does it currently ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla. If a user is interested in receiving an item outside of these territories, they should contact THE COMPANY using the form or by sending an email to info@maisonpuyvalin.com. We will review your request and inform you accordingly.
Shipping will be done by courier company.
The usual delivery time is between 2 and 6 days (depending on the item ordered) from the date the order is placed. The maximum delivery time is 10 days.
Once the order leaves the warehouse, the customer will be notified by email.
In order to optimize delivery, we ask that the Customer provide an address where the order can be delivered during normal business hours.
The Customer must check the condition of the package with the carrier, noting any abnormalities they may notice in the packaging on the delivery note. Within 24 hours of receiving the item, they must check that it is free of any damage or breakage. After this time, these types of damage will not be addressed.
Return conditions
All products purchased on the www.maisonpuyvalin.com website may be returned and refunded, provided the customer notifies them of their intention to return the purchased product(s) within a maximum of 7 calendar days from the delivery date and that the product(s) are in the same condition as when they were delivered. Expired, tampered, or labeled merchandise will not be accepted. Return shipping costs will always be borne by the buyer.
