Conditions and shipping costs

THE COMPANY does not ship orders outside SPAIN/FRANCE/PORTUGAL or, for the moment, to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. If a user is interested in receiving an article outside the territory of the Peninsula and Balearic Islands should contact THE COMPANY through the form or by sending an email to info@maisonpuyvalin.com, we will study your request and inform you about it.

The shipment will be made by courier company.

The usual delivery time is between 2 and 3 days (depending on the item ordered), from the completion of the order. The maximum delivery time is 10 days.

Once the order has left the warehouse, the customer will be informed by e-mail.

In order to optimise delivery, we would be grateful if the Customer could indicate an address to which the order can be delivered during normal working hours.

The Customer must check that the package is in good condition with the carrier, indicating on the delivery note any anomaly that may be detected in the packaging. Within 24 hours of receipt, he/she must check that the item purchased has no damage or breakage. After this period, no attention will be paid to this type of damage.

Return conditions

All products purchased on the website www.maisonpuyvalin.com may be returned and reimbursed, provided that the Client communicates their intention to return the product(s) purchased within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from the date of delivery and that it is in the same condition in which it was delivered. Expired, manipulated or labelled goods will not be accepted. Return costs will always be charged to the buyer.
