List of products by brand La Moutarderie Charentaise

Trained as a cook and pastry chef, Jerome Dumoulin has developed products typical of the region. In October 1998, the "Moutarderie Charentaise" was born in Gourvillette in Charente-Maritime and Jerome Dumoulin became the only representative of his profession in the whole of western France.

In 1999, he won a special mention in the "Saveur Poitou-Charentes" regional products competition with his curry mustard and his cider and honey vinegar.

In 2008, the Chambre des métiers awarded him the diploma of master craftsman.
