A great classic with an essential flavor. The apricots used for our jam are harvested locally in Vaucluse and cooked using traditional methods.
Cooked in a cauldron, this jam is made with carefully selected fruits and cane sugar from organic farming.
To make our jams we do not use preservatives or colorings. They are made according to traditional recipes, which allows the aromas, flavors and texture of the fruit to be preserved.
