Here is a beautiful jam with shimmering reflections. Very sweet, the mirabelle plum goes wonderfully with dairy products, cakes and of course breakfast toast. Our fruits come from a producers' cooperative in Lorraine, the preferred terroir of the mirabelle plum.
To make our jams, we do not use any preservatives or colorings. They are made according to traditional recipes, allowing us to preserve the aromas, flavors and texture of the fruit.
