  3. Add the egg yolk and mix until the dough begins to come together. If necessary, add cold water, a tablespoon at a time, until the dough forms a ball.
  4. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

2. Prepare the filling:

  1. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese or mascarpone with the honey and vanilla extract until smooth and homogeneous.
  2. Wash and cut the figs into halves or quarters, depending on their size.

3. Assemble the cake:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to a circle about 3mm thick.
  3. Place the dough in a previously greased tart pan. Trim the excess dough from the edges.
  4. Spread the cheese and honey mixture over the pastry base.
  5. Arrange the sliced figs over the cheese mixture in a decorative pattern.

4. Bake:
