Grape variety: Merlot 80%, Cabernet Franc 15%, Cabernet-Sauvignon 5%.

Nose: chocolate, red and black fruits.

Palate: aromas of forest fruits and liquorice with a finish of ripe red fruits. A balanced, rounded wine with good acidity and length on the palate.

Serving temperature: 16-18°C

Food pairing: Red meats, cured meats, cured cheeses.

Appellation: Graves de Vayres Rouge.

2010: Silver medal at the Concours Général d'Agriculture de Paris in 2012.

2011: Silver medal at the Grands Vins de France competition in Mâcon in 2014.

2012: Silver medal at the Concours de Bordeaux in 2014 + Hachette Selection Guide 2016.

2015: Gold medals at the Mâcon 2016 and Bordeaux 2016 competitions.
