VINIFICATION:
Traditional manual harvest and manual selection of the grapes.
TASTING NOTES:
Sumptuous deep ruby colour. Intense aromas of blackcurrant, spices and vanilla. Very powerful attack, it is a complex, strong and concentrated wine with a great guarding power, which makes it an exceptional wine.
Decant for one hour and serve at 15-19º accompanied by red meat, recipes with sauces, grilled meats and Rocamadour type cheeses.
