VINIFICATION :
Fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel, traditional winemaking. Aged in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks.
CATA'S NOTES :
Sumptuous intense ruby color. Fresh nose with aroma of cherry and red fruits. In the mouth it is generous, round with fine, melting tannins.
Serve at 17-19º with cold starters, sausages, pâtés, red meat and white meat. It can be enjoyed for 6 years.
