VINIFICATION :
Aging in new barrels.
CATA'S NOTES :
Sumptuous intense ruby color. Aromas of ripe black fruits, vanilla and toasted bread. Round attack with melted tannins.
Serve at 17-18º accompanied by red meat, sausages and cheeses such as Chaource and Brie de Melun or Brie with truffles.
