Château Pontac-Lynch, a 10 hectare family property, classified Cru Bourgeois since 1932, benefits from a privileged location in the heart of the Margaux appellation. Neighbouring the famous Château Margaux, as well as the vineyards of Châteaux Palmer et Rauzan, Château Issan and Château Marquis de Terme.

In 1720, Count Lynch built the present residence as a hunting lodge. Later, it became the property of Monsieur de Pontac, director of the city of Bordeaux, after whom the property is named. Since 1952, the estate has belonged to the Bondon family. Today, it is managed by the third generation in the person of Marie-Christine Bondon.
