Traditional manual harvest with selection table. Aging in French oak barrels for 12 months.
CATA'S NOTES :
Great bright maroon color. Association of red fruits and black fruits with notes of delicate spices. Generous mouthfeel with melting tannins with a long finish.
Serve at 12-14º with red meat.
