Manual and mechanical harvest. Fermentation in stainless steel, traditional winemaking with thermoregulation. Aging in new barrels.
CATA'S NOTES :
Sumptuous ruby color. Intense nose with aromas of black currant, black fruits, smoke, toasted bread and vanilla. Powerful mouthfeel with powerful tannins, structured body, good intensity, with a long finish.
Serve at 16-18º accompanied by sausages, red meat and character cheeses. It can be enjoyed for 16 years.
