A yellow color with ocher tones behind a pure white foam. A lot of maturity and tenderness in the aromas. In the mouth it is seductive due to its freshness that contrasts with the aromatic maturity. All this contributes to giving a champagne with great personality. Made from Pinot Meunier.

Description

EYE: A light yellow color with very light pink reflections, revealing a champagne made mainly of black grapes (Pinot meunier in this case).

NOSE: Open nose, dominated by juicy fruits (yellow peach, plum) and acidulated fruits (currant).

PALATE: Fresh and sweet fruits at the beginning and continuing with bread and biscuits with butter. Sweet finish with a note of ripe apple.

PAIRING: It is an amateur vintage, easy to drink, one glass calls another. To be served at a meeting, cocktail party, reception or inauguration. You can put it from the beginning to the end of the meal, it will delight your guests.
