Mostly made in the north of the Rhône, it is composed almost exclusively of the Gamay variety for the red wines and Chardonnay for the white wines (which represent only 3% of the production). The wine has a ruby red colour. It has a nice aroma of red fruits and mild spices. On the palate, it pleasantly combines fruit and freshness in a generous matter. Pleasant acid finish. Pure and simple, it aims at the heart of the fruit. It can be kept for up to 8 years and is recommended to be served at a temperature between 14 and 15°C.
