Tasting note: Cardinal color with a marked, very intense violet hue, high layer and tinted tears. Fresh aromas on the nose with abundant menthol and ripe red fruit with touches of fresh blackberries and fleshy raspberries, currant liqueur, cherry candy and a background of dried herbs. Fresh entry into the mouth but it has a harsh astringency that makes it quite difficult to enjoy it, light aftertaste with tasty fresh fruit (raspberries and red currants), somewhat hard and drying tannin, direct and light, vertical and very persistent. Very long finish and a somewhat boozy red fruit aftertaste.
