This very easy and quick French Camembert quiche recipe will surprise your guests for a meal with friends, it guarantees success!

Ingredients:

1 puff pastry
3 eggs
2 tablespoons of cream
1 Camembert
1 handful of grated cheese
salt pepper
1 tablespoon parsley (optional)

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven thermostat 6 (180°C).
2. Spread the puff pastry in a tart mold and prick the bottom with a fork. Bake for about five minutes.
3. Beat the eggs and little by little add the cream with the salt, pepper and parsley. Pour the mixture over the dough.
4. Cut the camembert into slices. Place the slices on the quiche.
5. Sprinkle with the grated cheese.
6. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until the quiche is golden.

Ideas to complete:
You can also add diced ham to the preparation and accompany the quiche with a salad.

What to drink with Camembert quiche:
With this recipe I recommend a fine and slightly woody red wine, with an open nose and quite intense tannins in the mouth: a Saint-Emilion from Bordeaux.
