  • Age of the vines: 20 years
  • Production: 100,000 bottles

Vinification

  • Grape varieties: 70% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon
  • Mechanical harvest
  • Vinification: selection of the harvest at full maturity

Aging: Can be drunk immediately, but will develop favorably for 5 years. Bottling: Storage of bottles for 6 to 12 months on the property.
Degrees: 13% vol.
