VINIFICATION :
Grape varieties: 60% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon
Vinification: maceration for 20 to 30 days with alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel. Barrel for 6 months.
Aging: Can be drunk immediately, but will develop favorably for 6 years.
Bottling: storage of bottles for 12 months on the property.
Alcohol : 13.5% vol.
