Serve at 12-14º with vegetables in salad, meat tourte, chicken or stew. Also the ideal wine for lovers of fish and roast beef.

MOUTH :
Fresh, delicate, juicy, fine and soft tannins, slightly mineral, structured body, good intensity, persistent.

OPERATING TEMPERATURE :
12° - 15°

PREPARATION :
Responsible cultivation. Mechanical harvest. Fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks, malolactic fermentation, classic winemaking, cold maceration. Aging in thermoregulated stainless steel barrels.
