VINIFICATION :
Traditional manual harvest and manual selection of the grapes.

CATA'S NOTES :
Sumptuous deep ruby color. Intense aromas of black currant, spices and vanilla. Very powerful attack, it is a complex, strong and concentrated wine with great guard power. which makes it an exceptional wine.

Decant for an hour and serve at 15-19º with red meat, recipes with sauces, barbecues and Rocamadour-type cheeses.
