FLAVOUR NOTES:

APPEARANCE: Limpid, bright yellow colour.

Nose: notes of acacia flowers and white-fleshed fruits.

MOUTH: round, generous with a touch of nervousness

aperitif, salads, grilled fish, grilled fish, cooked cheese.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: between 8° and 11°C
