The estate: The domaine is located in Causses et Veyran, a small village in Hérault, in the Saint-Chinian region, in the hinterland of Béziers, on the last foothills of the Cevennes. These young winegrowers have restructured the family property of 22 hectares, inherited from 3 previous generations, composed of grape varieties such as Syrah, Grenache, Carignan and increasingly Mourvèdre and Viognier. Under a warm and dry climate, in the heart of clay-limestone and slate soils with low yields, which produce quality wines. They rigorously select the grapes to give life to a variety of wines between AOC St-Chinian and Vin de Pays d'Oc.
