Espelette Pepper Dijon Mustard : Edmond Fallot

Espelette pepper mustard is a creamy and tasty mustard. It can be used as a condiment in an original salad dressing, as in Francomtoises salads, or simply as a dipping sauce for crunchy vegetable sticks as an appetizer.

It can also be enjoyed with grilled meat, or with grilled asparagus, accompanied by walnut oil, white wine vinegar and a few chopped toasted walnuts.

Handmade in France by Edmond Fallot

Description

Produced in the traditional way by the producer Fallot in Beaune, a "mustard maker" since 1840. The seeds selected for their quality are ground in the traditional way with a stone grinder (in flint). This prevents the seeds from overheating and preserves their flavours.
