With a fruity taste profile, it is ideal with cold meats, red meats and veal tartare. We recommend opening it 30 minutes before serving and enjoying it at a temperature of 15-16°C. Its ageing time is 1-3 years. It is a wine that celebrates the essence of the fruit.
