VINIFICATION:
 Traditional manual harvest. Controlled fermentation in stainless steel tank. Aging in barrels.

CATA'S NOTES :
Bright golden in color with green reflections, the wine reveals aromas of yellow fruits, vanilla and peach. The palate is intense, aromatic with a structured body. with notes of spices and structured body.

Serve at 8-10º with foie gras, desserts or as an appetizer.
