VINIFICATION :
Manual and traditional harvest. Fermentation in stainless steel, traditional winemaking. Aging in new barrels.
CATA'S NOTES :
Sumptuous deep ruby color. Aromas of black currant, black and red fruits, licorice, smoke, toast and vanilla. Rich and fleshy palate with melting tannins, structured body, good intensity, with a long finish.
Serve at 18-20º with red meat, poultry and goat cheese. It can be enjoyed for 5 years.
