Pale yellow, bright color. Pleasant nose, ripe red fruits (plum, apricots, raspberry tones). In the mouth it is fresh, meaty, both vinous and airy. The finish lingers for a long time with crisp aromas. A nice harvest. Chardonnay grapes predominate in this blend.

EYE: Golden color, with tones of old gold and amber.

NOSE: The nose is blatant, it has a pastry aroma, as well as dried fruit, with a touch of ripe wheat.

MOUTH: Wide mouth. It is the hazelnut that is expressed first, followed by the toasted aromas.

PAIRING: a high-level champagne that is comfortable with a cocktail aperitif, but also accompanying a meal with crustaceans or fish.
