VINIFICATION :
Traditional manual harvest. Thermo-regulated fermentation, traditional winemaking. Aging in new barrels with ancestral methods.
CATA'S NOTES :
Sumptuous deep ruby color. Aromas of blackcurrant, blackberries, spices, vanilla and almonds. Generous mouthfeel with melting, round tannins with a long finish.
Serve at 16-18º with red meat, poultry and goat cheese.
