Purple color with aromas of small red and black fruits (currant, blueberry) with notes of undergrowth and mushrooms. Over time it will tend toward prune and pepper. Full of vitality in the mouth, fleshy and spontaneous in nature. A little intense in its youth, it will soften with time.
Serve at 14-15º with charcuterie, hams and terrines. It also combines perfectly with meats such as rabbit or beef, and with tapas.
