Champagne Brut Topaze Robin Chardonnay 75cl

This Champagne reveals itself in a beautiful layer of pale yellow color with reflections of white gold. Fine bubbles that twist and braid into a persistent crown. The nose is elegant and expressive with a pleasant mix of white flowers, acacia, apple blossoms and ripe white fruits, pear.

Some notes of fresh hazelnuts, Bourbon vanilla and croissants add complexity.

In the mouth it is fresh and calming with peach associated with orange and apple.

All in delicacy and fluidity, this Champagne has a good length with a finish of currant and vine peach.

To have as an aperitif but also with a scallop tartare, with a Saint Pierre fillet

Champagne Brut Topaze Chardonnay Robin is a controlled designation of origin (AOC) champagne produced in the Champagne region of France, from the Chardonnay grape. This superior quality vintage is made using traditional winemaking methods, with fermentation in the bottle and maturation on lees for three years.

Champagne Brut Topaze Chardonnay Robin is a fresh and delicate champagne, with fine bubbles and aromas of citrus fruits such as lemon and orange, and notes of brioche and toasted almond. On the palate, it is balanced and elegant, with refreshing acidity and a persistent finish.

This champagne is an excellent option to celebrate special occasions such as weddings, anniversaries or New Year's Eve parties, or to accompany gastronomic dishes such as seafood, sushi or gourmet salads.
