This champagne reveals itself in a beautiful light coral color. A beautiful effervescence adorns it with beautiful bright rubies. The nose is delicious with small, slightly candied red fruits, strawberries, raspberries and blueberries. Notes of vanilla and sweet spices add complexity to the air.

The finish quenches thirst with a pleasant blend of blood orange, cherry and currant.

To have as an aperitif due to its delicacy, but also with a fruit tart or with quail or ham with parsley.
