Crozets Pasta - Alpina 400g

Flat Savoie pasta shaped like little squares. Made with wheat flour, eggs, salt and water, crozets are usually cooked with cheeses such as beaufort , tomme or reblochon, onion, butter, cream, torreznos, diots or local ham. They are delicious gratin, in the form of croziflette, a variant of tartiflette . Crozets are eaten both in salads and to accompany meat or fish.
