Fermentation in thermo-regulated steel, cold maceration. Preparation according to the ancestral method. barrel aging.
CATA'S NOTES :
Sumptuous intense ruby color. Fresh nose with aroma of black currant, red fruits and vanilla. Rich and fleshy palate with elegant tannins, structured body, good intensity, with a long finish.
Serve at 17-19º with hot starters, sausages, pâtés, red meat and game meat. It can be enjoyed for 5 years.
