Deep dark ruby in color, it reveals aromas of black and red fruits with notes of spices. Powerful and round in the mouth, it has a consistent body, structured with melting tannins.
Decant for an hour and serve at 14-16º accompanied by red meat, game meat and comté, époisses or Maroilles cheeses.
