Pommard Domaine Vaudoisey-Creusefond 2019 Red

Pommard Domaine Vaudoisey-Creusefond 2022 Red

18 months in oak barrels. Intense red, dark ruby violet color. Aromas of blackberry, blueberry or currant, cherry, ripe plum. Wild evolution is not uncommon over time. A wine that must be allowed to age a little so that it opens completely: round texture, delicate and assertive structure, fruity on the palate, tannins present and then acquiring their roundness.

Serve at 15-16º with game meat, beef fillets, lamb, poultry or even strong cheeses.
