Raw cow's milk cheese.

Tomme de Savoie cheese can be enjoyed alone or accompanied by bread and fresh fruits, such as apples or pears. It also pairs very well with charcuterie and nuts. As for drinks, it pairs well with red wines from the Savoie region, such as Apremont, Chignin or Gamay.

This cheese is also used in typical dishes from the Savoie region, such as raclette, tartiflette or Savoyard fondue. It is recommended to remove it from the refrigerator an hour before tasting so that it reaches an optimal temperature and its flavors can be fully appreciated.
