About the Cuvée
Dark robe with ruby reflections. Generous and intense nose with spicy notes, poivré, tapenade and a smoky touch. When shaken, the ripe black fruits stand out. On the palate it is generous, broad, with chocolate flavors and young but mature tannins.
About the Domain
The Castaing and Claverie family have inherited this property which has been in the family for generations. Today, Caroline, Olivia and Guillaume run the vineyard. The terroir is located on a hill above Saint-Emilion, with a clay-calcaire soil ideal for the cultivation of Merlot Noir and Cabernet Franc, extending over 10 hectares.
