Mountain Honey - Cambre Honey Farm

Miellerie du Cambre's Mountain Honey is a delicious multi-floral mountain honey, harvested in Basse-Cerdagne, in areas such as Latour de Carol, Enveitg, Angoustrine and Dorres. This honey is obtained from a variety of floral nectars, which gives it a soft and floral flavour, despite its amber hue.

Harvested at the end of summer, its texture and flavour make it ideal to enjoy on toast, in an infusion or simply on its own. In addition, like all types of honey, it has antiseptic and soothing properties, making it perfect for relieving minor discomforts during the winter.
