Alcoholic fermentation at 28 ° C, maceration of
3 weeks. One year in new barrel.

CATA'S NOTES :
Cherry red color. Expressive and complex nose with notes of vanilla, cocoa, berries, blackberries and spices.
Balanced, full palate with a predominance of fruit and melting tannins with a licorice finish.

Serve at 15-16 ° C accompanied by red meat, Toulouse sausages and Salers-type cheeses.
Drink now and taste for 10 years.
