Braucol, ancestral Gaillac grape, blended with Syrah and Merlot.

CAME :
Traditional long maceration.
Aging for 9 months in new barrels.

CATA'S NOTES :
Intense, bright red color with purple tones. Aromas of black currant with notes of ripe fruit and licorice.
Soft, fresh and broad palate with subtle tannins.

Serve at 15-16 ° C with game meat in sauce and cheeses.
Drink now and taste for 10 years.
