Complex nose of blackberries, prune cream with notes of cookies, coffee and
toasted almonds. Palate of candied black fruit, vanilla and pepper finish.
Serve at 15-16 ° C to accompany an omelette with truffles, lamb,
beef tenderloin and mature cheeses.
To drink now, it can be tasted for 8 years.
