Zanzibar tuna crumbs

La Belle-Iloise Zanzibar tuna crumbs with prunes is a food product made from tuna, prepared and packaged by the artisanal cannery La Belle-Iloise, located in Quiberon, Brittany.

The tuna is caught in the Indian Ocean off the coast of Zanzibar, steamed and flaked by hand before being mixed with plums, onions, peppers, tomatoes and spices such as ginger, paprika, turmeric and coriander. All this is preserved in a metal tin.
