Tasting

The charm of this wine lies in its pale golden color with light greenish reflections, as well as its aromas of exotic fruits. The characteristic nose of Sauvignon and Sémillon, harvested at good maturity. The palate is not far behind, fruity and spicy, illuminated by persistent notes of fruit and a minerality that gives this wine a very pleasant freshness.

Pairing

Seafood, fish fillets with saffron cream, tagliatelle with scallops, tarragon chicken breasts, cheeses or chocolate mousse.
