Truffette fresh goat's cheese is a French fresh cheese made from goat's milk and enriched with black truffle. It has a creamy and slightly grainy texture, with a mild and delicate taste of goat cheese combined with the earthy and rich flavour of truffle.
Soreda's truffette fresh goat's cheese can be enjoyed straight away, as an aperitif, spread on bread or as part of a cheese board. It can also be used to add a truffled touch to salads, pastas and risottos. It is recommended to keep the cheese in the refrigerator and to take it out one hour before consumption so that it is at room temperature.
