Red wine from PGI Côtes Catalanes, Nazarius is made with 100% Carignan from 90-year-old vines, giving a round and smooth profile. Carbonic maceration with 8-year aging. The wine is ideal for all seasons and pairs well with grilled meats, poultry and charcuterie. It is recommended to open 30 minutes before serving and maintain a temperature of 16-18°C. The wine is a favorite of winegrower Laurent Cambres, who represents the third generation of the family in these vineyards in the Roussillon.

About the cuvée: The winegrower's Coup de coeur for a 90-year-old plot, this red expresses the vigor of a Carignan from old vines.

About the domain: Domaine de l'Arca is a family story. Three generations have passed through these old vineyards. Laurent Cambres, a certified independent viticulturist, has taken over the few hectares of grenache planted by his grandmother, Jeanne, and maintained by his father, Jean-Claude. This love for the terroir gave rise to Domaine de l'Arca, located in the AOP Côtes du Roussillon, Muscat de Rivesaltes and Rivesaltes.
