AOP Cotes du Vivarais Sulphite-free 2021 Red wine Domaine de Vigier

The red wine AOP Cotes du Vivarais without sulphites of the Domaine de Vigier is produced in conversion to organic farming with mechanical harvesting and without added sulphites. The grapes are grown on clay-limestone soils. The wine is composed of 60% Grenache and 40% Syrah. It has a limpid violet colour, a fruity aroma and a fresh mouthfeel with round tannins and red fruit notes. Best served between 12°C and 18°C.
