Served at 16-17°C, it pairs perfectly with charcuterie, pork, beef carpaccio and roast chicken. The domaine, located in Rochegude, benefits from a unique terroir between the Rhône and Mont Ventoux, producing wines of consistent quality from its 40 year old vines.
