TASTING NOTES:

Colour: Light golden yellow with bright reflections.

Nose: This Riesling has an expressive and aromatic nose, with floral and flinty notes. The iodine aromas are reminiscent of the salinity of the Riesling.

Palate: It is full of freshness and finesse and is characterised by citrus and saline notes. These saline and iodine notes are typical of the chalky Wolxheim terroir. The mid-palate gives way to a ripe, acidic wine that finishes with great finesse.

Food Pairing:

This elegant wine is ideal with seafood and fish, poultry, goat's cheese and, of course, the famous Alsatian sauerkraut.

Serving temperature: 8-10°C

Shelf life: 6-7 years
